Deluxe Camp Policies

• All Reservations Subject to Confirmation with Deposit
• Must be 21 years or older to rent
• Check-in 3:30 PM – Check-out 9:30 AM.
• Late check out fee $100 per hour.
• All Cottages are Smoke Free
• Reservation week is Saturday to Saturday
• All prices do not include applicable tax
• All bookings require 25% of booking cost for a deposit.
• There are no refunds for early departure.
• Minimum 3 night cottage rental on long weekends.
• Balance due upon check-in.
• At managements discretion a cleaning fee with a minimum of $100 will be charge to the card on file if necessary.
• No increase in party size permitted without our prior knowledge and approval.
• One extra person as per the rate fee is allowed per cottage.
• All rates quoted in Canadian Funds and are subject to HST.
• All guests are responsible for their visitors registering with the office.
• Customer is responsible for any and all loss and/or damages to rental equipment.
• All reservations are subject to cancellation at any time by the Deluxe Camp owners

• Deluxe Camp is not a hotel, we know your week or two off is precious and appreciated here but we need time to fill our vacancies
• If 1 cottage is booked. Refundable with 30 days notice of cancellation, less $50 cancellation fee per cottage and $50 per boat. Less than 30 days notice or no-shows will be responsible for 100% payment.
• If 2 cottages are booked. Refundable with 60 days notice of cancellation, less $50 cancellation fee per cottage and $50 per boat. Less than 60 days notice or no-shows will be responsible for 100% payment.
• If more than 2 cottages are booked. Refundable with 90 days notice of cancellation, less $50 cancellation fee per cottage and $50 per boat. Less than 90 days notice or no-shows will be responsible for 100% payment.
• If more than 5 cottages are booked. Refundable with 120 days notice of cancellation, less $50 cancellation fee per cottage and $50 per boat. Less than 120 days notice or no-shows will be responsible for 100% payment.
• Cancellations (responsible for 100% payment) or bookings  that are moved to a new date, will be charged at the time of the request for the balance remaining.

• We like pets, is an understatement but not everyone does so to keep our place clean and ready for you we have these rules.
• Pets must be well behaved and leashed or the owner will be asked to leave.
• A pet fee of $20 per pet per day (or $75 per pet per week) per cottage rental
• The pet fee is for one cottage and not to visit all other cottages

The key will be returned at the time of departure to the place where it was picked up. $10 charge if the key is lost or not returned at the time of departure.

Beddings and linens are not provided, please bring your own bed sheets, blankets, pillow cases, bath towels and personal items

You agree to clean the Cottage prior to departure, remove your own garbage and recycling and generally to leave the Property in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. Failure to do so, to the satisfaction of the Property Owners, may result in a damage/cleaning charge being levied.

Firepits will be provided to each cottage at designated spots with purchase of firewood, no outside firewood allowed, a pail of water is required beside the fire.

• A 25% deposit is required when making any reservation.
• A credit card is required with all motorboat/pontoon rentals.
• A pre-authorized damage deposit is required $500 for motorboat and  $1000 for pontoon without cottage rentals. The renter is responsible for any damage that occurs to the boat, equipment, and all provided contents.  All vessels will be checked for damages before and after the rental with your present. Charges will be administered when a final damage quote is known.
• Minimum rental age is 21, with a valid driver’s license and a boating license
• Additional boating operators must have a boating license and must be listed in the rental
• Gasoline and oil, are not included in the rental rates
• Boat rentals are filled with gas and oil prior to the rental. They must be returned in the same state.
• Boats must be returned to their original dock space  when the rental is complete or $50
• Dock lines and anchor lines must be knot-free. or $10 per knot.
• No smoking, no pets and no alcoholic beverage allowed in the boat
• Refunds less a $50 cancellation fee on cancellations up to 30 days in advance of the reservation date.
• Cancellations with less than 30 days notice prior to the rental period are non-refundable.
• No refund is given due to weather conditions (rain, high winds, ect.) at the time of or during a rental period. Deluxe Camp cannot be held responsible for weather conditions or weather condition issues.
• Renter shall pay for any repairs or replacement other than for normal wear and tear,  be responsible for ensuring all Boating Regulations are observed, for having required safety equipment in the watercraft, and for complying with operator competency requirements.
• Deluxe Camp shall have no liability for any injury, death, or damage however caused by operation of a watercraft,  renter releases and discharge Deluxe Camp for any damages or injuries however caused.

The rental property, and all furniture, appliances, equipment, fixtures and effects in or about the premises, will be maintained in the same state and condition as found at the beginning of the rental. The renter shall leave the cottage in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. Failure to do so, to the satisfaction of the Property Owners, may result in a damage/cleaning charge being levied.

• Renter acknowledges and agrees to use the cottage and its facilities in accordance with the rental terms and conditions and the household rules at their own risk.
• Deluxe Camp shall have no liability for any injury, death, loss, or damage, however caused, to person or property or that of renter’s family, guests, visitors, servants, and agents during or after the time of occupancy.
• Renter is full responsibility for the use of the cottages and any recreational equipment and agrees to pay for any repairs to damage to or replacement of said equipment if caused by renter or any of their family, guests, visitors, servants, and agents.
• Renter must have a responsible supervising minor’s action and safety during their stay.

• Interac, Visa, Mastercard, and Cash are accepted in person on location.
• Visa and Mastercard are accepted for online bookings.
• US funds accepted and can be exchanged onsite, “better then any bank rates”

We collect the domain name and E-mail address (where possible) of visitors to our website on a voluntary basis only, the E-mail addresses of those who post messages to our bulletin board, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via E-mail, the E-mail addresses of those who make postings to our chat areas, aggregate information on what web pages consumers access or visit, user-specific information on what web pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registration.

DELUXE CAMP does not rent, trade or sell your personal information to others. Information collected is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. Security Safeguards When you register with DELUXE CAMP, we offer you access to a secure server. All user information we collect is protected against unauthorized access and protected by the latest Internet security protocols.

By using DELUXE CAMP´s website or that of our customers, you consent to the collection and use of this information and use of this information by DELUXE CAMP and our customers. Our privacy policy statement may be changed from time to time. Any changes in the policy will be posted on this website so that you will always be aware of the information we collect on you, how it is used and under what circumstances we disclose such information.
